Yoga Workshop: Hips n’ Hamstrings: the Path to Flexibility Freedom!

Tight hips and hamstrings can restrict us not just in yoga but in other sports, and activities we perform in everyday life. Improving flexibility in these areas also assists in spinal flexibility – our skeletal support system that keeps up upright and moving.
Our body needs to be flexible to maintain movement and prevent injuries occurring, however a flexible muscle can also be a weak muscle so we need strengthening exercises to ensure we do not over-stretch. This workshop will do both! We will practice flexibility exercises that work on releasing tightness in the hips and hamstrings, and static postures that focus on building strength, improving our range of movement, and developing a body that is flexible, strong and responsive!
The session will conclude with guided pranayama and an extended relaxation. Before heading off for the afternoon we will indulge in some well-earned yoga treats! All this fabulous-ness for only £30! 😊 Please msg me to book your place.
