Best Of Wales – Wrexham Comedy Festival

Join us for an evening of laughs with some of Wales’ finest comics including Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Tudur Owen, Anna Thomas, Leroy Brito, Mel Owen, Esyllt Sears and host Ignacio Lopez.
A TV and Radio regular, the Guardian describe Kiri Pritchard-McLeanas “an increasingly impressive comic, making powerhouse stand-up from the thorniest of subjects”.
BAFTA award-winning comedian and “Riotously Funny” (Review Hub) Tudur Owen comes with more browbeaten tales from Wales and is joined by Mel Owen, dubbed “Wales’ most exciting new act.” (Clwb Comedy).
BBC New Comedy Award Winner 2021, Anna Thomas“has the appealing air of not quite being of this world. But whatever planet she’s from, they know funny.” (Chortle).
Cardiff’s Leroy Brito“brings a touch of humour to some of the tougher issues in life. He’s risky at times but never crude and always uniquely observational.” (Buzz Magazine).
Esyllt Sears has provided tour support to Elis James and Jen Brister with “distinctly likeable stage presence” (The Wee Review), co-hosts The Xennial Dome podcast and Pod of Wales and has written for The Now Show and The News Quiz (BBC Radio 4).
